On the old health boards there are several posts on the ab slide-about 20-25 down from top (Torso Track and ab-slide) and also the last posts on the page as well, I don't have one or know anyone who does. good luck let me know Elaine
I used the abslide machine and I returned it after a few days. I wouldn't say it was garbage, but it certainly wasn't worth the price to me. After I used it, I didn't feel anything in my stomach as much as in my back or arms, and my rear end was sore too. It does push you to do them though, it offers resistance. But I just couldn't see it working long term at all--the best results I have ever gotten for doing abs is tae-bo, and I'm going to stick with that forever. I don't think you should waste any money on an abslide, but that's just my opinion.
Hey, I've got an AbSlide and I love it. The only time I encounter any back pain is when I use it for too long, which I try to avoid. The cool thing about the AbSlide is that it not only works for your abs, but for your arms, shoulders, and back. I can tell a noticeable difference. It's worth the $40 to me. I would just read into it some more and then go from there!
