Hi, I have been working out 4 times a week since a year & 1/2. I am really skinny, but I have really toned arms.But the problem is that I really can't gain weight, or muscle mass. I try to aviod, candys, cookies, chips, cokes, etc.
Plz help!
Also, how can i get a nice hard butt? Which exercises help?

I assume your still fairly young. A good weight lifting program, that is supervised, eating 6-8 well balanced meals a day would be a good start. Stay away from the special supplements that lifters like to take. They are hard on your body and some are dangerous.
As you grow older and your hormones level out and your body quits burning calories so fast you will start gaining more rapidly.
I'm just HAD to reply to this......in my whole entire 41 years of life I can honestly tell you that I've NEVER ever ever had your problem. How I WISH it was a problem. To actually say, "Oh, I need to gain weight" is like a freakin dream of mine. I, too, have more than enough that I can share with you...just say the word and it's yours for the asking!
