Well, the first question is should you weigh 110? That depends upon your height, your frame, and how much muscle you have. 110 is pretty tiny.
If you are 5'2" and have a small frame, 110 is probably a healthier weight.
If you are taller than about 5'5" or so, 110 is probably not a healthy weight for you. Even if you are shorter, 110 may not be all that healthy. It depends on your bone structure.
Are you exercising? In addition to the health benefits, exercise burns fat and builds muscle. Muscle is good. Muscle is denser than fat. Having more muscle will make you look smaller than you weigh.
Your eating habits are important as well. What are you eating?
Given that it's OK healthwise for you to lose weight, it's best to take it slow and steady. A pound or at most two a week is good.
