Hi, i've been lifting for years now and have a well developed upper body and now i'm really focusing on lower body without much success. ive been doing squats and its been good for quads n hamstrings, but has done nothing for my butt. squats simply dont isolate the butt muscles well enough. Any workout suggestions for a larger, more rounded butt that really isolates the muscles and gets that "burn" going? thanks in advance
Yes, hop on the treadmill and set the incline to the highest possible... Then walk backwards on it. So it would be like you are walking backwards up-hill... Trust me, you will feel it!!!
