Give it 3 or 4 days before really worrying. Leg soreness is always the worst. If you're only sore in a very localized area (like a pulled tendon or torn muscle), you may well have an injury, but if you're sore all over as well, it's probably just DOMS and will subside. But after 4-7 days, you might see a doc.
