order of exercises?

basically i work out usualy 6 times a week, run/bike everyday and lift mondays, thursdays, and saturdays

im not sure how exactly i should go about ordering which exercises i do first, and then next on lifting days

is it better to run first, bike first, or lift first?

the exercises i do are bike (around 7 miles), run (around 3-3.5 miles), one arm dumbbell curls (3 sets), dumbbell flys (3 sets), bench press (3 sets), lateral pulldown (3 sets), leg press (3 sets), and an ab workout consisting of flutter kicks, one legged v ups, crunches, and leg lifts or something like that

whats a good thing to start with and end with?

Hey, I don't bike, I just do treadmill (walk/run) and strength training. And for some reason, I always feel better doing the treadmill first... I think because it is good to get your muscles warmed up before you do the intense strength training. But honestly, I'm not sure if I've read this somewhere, or if I just sort of came up with it on my own. But it works for me for now, so...

Occasionally, depending on circumstance (since i live with 2 other people) i modify it and do, say, half my treadmill time first, then go to weights, and then go back and do some more treadmill time. But in general, I always do cardio first.

I'm not sure that it would make a difference in the order that you bike and run... but hopefully there will be some other people with more similar experiences to share their ideas

Lift first then do your cardio afterwards. 30 minutes is good when you are doing it after a workout. I prefer 45 mins on offdays that you arent lifting but some go up to 1 hour.

IF you have 3 days to workout I would do a split like this Back/Bis, Chest/Tris and Legs.

Incorperate Deadlifts on your back day, Squats on your leg day. Start with the exercise you want to see the most gains on. Dont forget to warm up especially with compound movements.

I always knew to do cardio after my workout but didnt know exatly why until i looked it up for you

Thanks for that info... I'm actually about to go exercise right now, so I will give a shot, doing strength training first then cardio next for a change...
