Lightbulb to much exersize?

Alright.
Well i have been going to the gym for about 3 months now i am a teenager and i have been working out alot.
I use to weigh 155lbs now i am down to 146lbs.
Usually when i went to the gym i would not push myself, therefore i would not sweat at the gym but still get a good workout, this last 3weeks i have been working realy hard and i dont leave the gym unless i have broke a sweat (no gain without pain right?), i eat realy healthy and drink lots of water, pure juice like apple or orange, aslo i have V8 to drink. Anyways... i have been feeling kinda sick latley, weak, umm.. well i kinda just feel sicky maybe i am over doing it? i go everyday for about an hour, i do cardio EVERYDAY, biking for 15mins, walking fast for 5, Jog for 5mins then run for 3mins then i will go on a ski type machine (i forgot the name) for 10mins. Maybe at the end i will do 70crunches with one of them little chrunch things that help you. Also lots of stretching. Everyother day i will also do weights like with my legs, arms etc,.. just light weights but i do lots of reps. Am i working to much? i also have two Horses that i need to take care of, this includes Riding, cleaning the barn, brushing and feeding wich is pretty good exersize. Please let me know what you think! thanks.
Jenny.

Re: to much exersize?

You don't mention how tall you are (unless I somehow missed it) so it's hard to tell how far from your ideal weight you are and at what stage of the game you are.

It doesn't sound to me like you are overdoing it. The "ski thing" is an elliptical - one of my favorite machines at the gym! By your numbers you're at like 38 minutes of cardio, which is great.

Are there any OTHER changes that could be making you feel, um, off? Not well?

Re: to much exersize?

I am 5'2" and but i have a big bone structure.
Well as for me not feeling to good, i do not feel hungry which is weird because i always get these weird cravings for anything even when i was full. Obviosly i am not going to be as hungry all the time now because my body is getting use to not eating as much and eating more healthy but particulaly yesterday and today i dont feel like eating anything, i ate shredded weat for breakfast, and an apple for a snack, salad and lean chicken for lunch and beans with some left over boiled egg for super, oh and an orange before super, i also had a V8 drink, yesterday i had vegitables, fish and weatabix and fruit so i think i am eating enough? maybe my body is adjusting to my new lifestyle and thats why i feel the way i do.. i actually feel a bit better right now, earlier it was even hard for me to type aha! i think thats cuz i was cleaning the barn out this morning tho and shoveling snow. I do think i should be eating a bit more maybe but so far i feel good besides this last day or two. Has anyone else felt like this?
Of course its not uncommen lol.
Oh and by the way... is 2% milk ok to have? that was random but i just wanted to know? because i would prefer 1% but my family drinks 2%. I could ask for 1% but if theres no point then i wont. Thank you!
Jenny.

Re: to much exersize?

As long as you keep your cardio under an hour, it shouldn't be too much, but do take into account that working your horses is also exercise.

Have you changed your diet? Maybe you're not eating enough and it is your body's way of telling you so. Under 1200 calories and your body will not be too happy, even 1200 cals. is too little for some people, you might have to go up to 1300-1400 cals. Also, take the day off from exercising if you just don't feel right, too sick or tired or weak. It's good to take off 1 day a week to recuperate from your exercise. Try eating some snacks with protein and see if that will help after your exercise--like Slimfast bars or shakes, yogurt w/ granola, peanut butter with crackers or some nuts.

It's also possible maybe you're just coming down with a cold or bug or something?

Re: to much exersize?

Thanks for the info
umm.. well i think i am not eating enough for the amount of exersize i am getting. I posted earlier of what i ate yesterday and today. Thats pretty much how much food i have everyday but i switch it around and make sure i get the right nutrition. Somtimes i will eat more, its not that i dont want to eat more, now i dont realy think about food as much and i feel full more easily.
Like i litlerlaly had to make myself eat breakfast yesterday wich is weird cuz usually all i think about it food in the morning.
I dont think im getting sick. Oh, Srry if my spelling is not the best aha.
Yea, i think i will take like every wednesday of or somthing because i will still get exersize from cleaning the barn etc... also i stretch everyday, oh and another thing i drink Lots of water and im proud cuz i never use to! lol
N e ways. Thanks for ur help. N e other info would be great aswell! but im pretty sure im feeling icky cuz of the lack of food or exersizing to much. I actually feel alot better now.
Jen.
