Aml(Andrew) has been mentioning this book in practically every single one of his posts. The author and the book name was practically drilled into my head and today at the mall Bill Phillips smug face greeted me on the "Bestsellers" shelf.

So, I bought it.

Shopping with women is quite boring, so while my mom went around picking out dresses and things that made her go, "Ooh this ones cute!" I sat in a quiet corner and began reading the book. From the first printed word I was enthralled and got about to page 20 before it was time to go. This is a damn good book. It's motivational and instructional and just an amazing resource for anyone who cares the slightest bit about nutrition and fitness.

Coincidently, this happens to be a Exercise and Nutrition board, and if you're here posting and/or reading the information presented, then you care about your body. Therefore, if you care about your body and want to better it and maintain it and haven't read Body For Life quite yet: Go get it!

In conclusion, I have only started walking the path this book has set in front of me. Maybe some of you out there will check this book out too, and I'll see you on the way.
