Question underarm flabbiness

I lost 50lbs within the last 2 years and it's left me with a lot of underarm loose skin. I was told that the only way to actually get rid of that would be to have a surgical procedure called a "brachioplasty" done. Is this true? If I started arm exercises, even lifting weights, would the flabbiness improve? I wouldn't mind muscular arms as apposed to flabby arms. Thanks everyone!

It should. any kind of bulk to fill the loose space will help. Especially tricep exercises, but it's best to work bicep and tricpes for good balance.

Targeted weight training will help you. Get some dumbells. Make sure you do exercize for deltoid, shoulder, tricep and rear deltoid. Brachioplasty is not a good idea. My neighbor had it and has horrible scarring.

Of course exercise! You should lifet weights every other day and regular arm exercises. I have been doing arm exercises and regular exercises for the past two weeks and lost almost a inch of arm flab. I actually used cutting gel, but i think it was mostly the exercise and less calories. Good luck!
