Hydroxycut
Hello everyone, I'm new to the board so I thought I'd just introduce myself. My problem is such. I'm 6'3", 197 pounds, I've been working out for about 3 1/2 months at a local gym. I do cardio 4-5 days a week, I usually run a mile. My diet is decent, lots of water, etc, try not to have too much fatty foods. Here is my question. I recently picked up a mag by the name of Exercise and Health. They had a comparison article about different fat burners. They gave Hydroxycut a 5 star rating for effectiveness etc. However they didn't mention safety? It is a large concern of mine, I wouldn't ever take creatine or anything, however I currently take Designer whey protein. Is Hydroxycut safe? I am not overweight by any means. I don't need to lose weight, I need to lose the fat around my midsection that has plagued me for so long. So could anyone let me know about the safety of this product? I'm 17, will be 18 in a few days btw. Thanks.
