I have the ABTronic which is similar and I have only had it for a week but I really like it my muscles feel sore after i use it just like when i work out.. I love the fact that i can where it while i am cleaning and doing things with my kids. I think this might really work and it also works other areas like arms butt and thighs I LOVE THAT..I think you should give it a shot obviously you need to workout to get rid of the fat so you can see those muscles but definatly will define them, and make you feel better..
