Hi i have access to a treadmill and was wondering if i should use that as a means of exercise, Dumb question ofcourse i should but for how long the other night i did 45mins at a fast pace and even jogged for 5mins, i could have did more but i really liked walking really fast, Anyways should i do this everyday,for how long? I need to lose 30pounds by MAY if its possible, is it? i don't eat after 7:30pm so atleast i got that down plus i only drink water. Any advice would be welcomed. i also have a 47minute cardio tape which is Walk Away the pounds 3miles. Should i do the treadmill one day and then that the next and switch off? Please help!!!
