| Cutting weight and cardio question?
Hey i have been doing hit cardio for a while now and i have seen great results and lost alot of fat that way, but now that im nicely toned and lean i still need to harden up my midsection and the obliques, i have some extra skin i think from losing alot of weight and from gaining muscle so last week i decided to do 45 minutes of running at 7.0 on the treadmill instead of hiit cardio. My routine is i lift Mon, Wed, Fri each week i hit the muscles once and lift to failure, then i do cardio Sun, Tue, Thurs.So my question is that since im almost where i want to be, and im now trying to cut hopefully for the last time haha, would it be better to do the longer period of cardio or continue doing the hiit cardio which i think im gettin used to doing and my knees aren't as good as they used to be.
