How long does it take to show muscle tone?
I am planning on working out for 5 days a week - two days of muscle toning exercise for about 45 minutes each day (that 45 minutes includes the rests between intervals), and three days of light aerobic exercise. Right now I mainly work out my lower body. In about two weeks I am going to start working out my arms and stomach etc. How long will it take to see results? (I am also trying to lose 8 pounds at a rate of about 2 pounds a week. Is it possible to lose weight and gain muscle?)
