Unwanted Weight Loss
I've had a really bad flu over the past few days and my protein consumption has therefore gone from about 200Grams a day to about 5. I've been working really hard over the past year to gain weight, and when I stepped on the scale today I noticed that in 3 days I have now lost about 10 pounds. 10 pounds isn't easy for me to gain. Is this going to really set me back??? ie. some muscle loss, or is this just mostly fluid lost etc.
