squat question
I have to admit I hate doing squats, but do them every week anyways. Whenever I squat, usually 3 sets of 15 reps, afterwords I feel totally drained and sometimes almost dizzy. Which makes it hard to continue one with the rest of my leg work out for the day. I guy at my work suggested that I may not be breathing properly, could this be the problem? Its not nutrition, as I eat a high protein meal about an hour before I work out and again after. I think if I didnt feel this way after I did them, I wouldnt mind doing them as much. No other excersise affects me in this way, except maybe the deadlift, but not to the extent of the squat.
