Question How do I get rid of bloated stomach??

How do you get rid of a bloated looking stomach??
Even before I had 2 kids, I had a puffy looking stomach.
Even though I am skinny, I still have one.
I would love to wear those super low rise jeans, but can't.

Anybody got any diets or exercise that could help me out???

Hello, I find intense exercise helps me. I can tell if my workout is intense enough by how much water I drink during my routine. If I drink at least 12 oz., I know I'm doin enough. My favorites for a bloating stomach are "Cindy Crawford's New Dimensions" video and "Kick-Butt, Kick Boxing" video. I used to cheat and use Juniper Berry capsules, but I would only take one and eat a little with it plus drink extra water. Juniper Berry aids in digestion and water retention. I find it to work much better than the over the counter meds. The only problem is you don't want to take too much Juniper Berry, because it can cause kidney damage in high dosages.

Is there anything I can buy at GNC or something? This is an issue that has been with me for the last 2 years, all of the sudden. I am a size 5 without the bloating, but almost a 7 when i am which is all the time. So 90% of the time i cant wear my normal clothes without a big jacket. HELP!

Anyone with a chronicly bloated abdomen may be suffering from a yeast infection. You don't need to have any other symptoms. I suggest that you find a homeopathic physician or a naturopath (natural doctors who specialize in alternative medicine.) Most regular medical doctors will not treat this condition. You should rule this out as a possible cause of your bloated stomach, especially if you eat a lot of sugar, flour or if you have ever taken prescription antibiotics or steriods.
