Hello, I find intense exercise helps me. I can tell if my workout is intense enough by how much water I drink during my routine. If I drink at least 12 oz., I know I'm doin enough. My favorites for a bloating stomach are "Cindy Crawford's New Dimensions" video and "Kick-Butt, Kick Boxing" video. I used to cheat and use Juniper Berry capsules, but I would only take one and eat a little with it plus drink extra water. Juniper Berry aids in digestion and water retention. I find it to work much better than the over the counter meds. The only problem is you don't want to take too much Juniper Berry, because it can cause kidney damage in high dosages.
