Riding a bike??
Does anyone know.. How riding a bike helps get in shape and lose some weight and tone up.?? Does it even help. For instance I am 5'5" and I am 145 pounds. I Want to shed a few pounds and then tone. I rode a bike 9 miles today and plan on doing 10 miles on Tuesday. Does this even help? Am I wasting my time? Most of what I need to lose is in my legs, Thighs, Hips, and butt.
Any info would be greatfully appreciated.
