I have a treadmill in my home, and I was just wondering if anybody knew a good program I could use with it to lose weight, right now I'm about 5'7 weighing 146lbs and I would love to lose at least 10lbs, I would appreciate any feedback, thanks!
I jog on my treadmill and I really enjoy it. I feel so good after my workout. I use to jog outside on a track near my house, but we moved so now I don't have access to it anymore. I'd much rather jog outside, but now I only have the treadmill. I've been back to jogging for a little over 2 weeks now and I can already tell a difference. And of course I eat healthy and do a little weight lifting as well.
