It is extremely difficult, depending on how severe it is. The primary factor seems to be genetics, and it's downhill from there. However, there are things that you can do. Cellulite is still just fat, but it is deposits closer to the surface of the skin, so proper hydration (drink tons of water), cardio, clean diet and some resistance training will help to lessen it, or even get rid of it altogether.
