Exercise routine
I am a 17 year old female and I want to tone up and lose at least 20 pounds this summer (from now until august). What daily exercises can I do to accomplish this? Right now, I walk about 2 miles on the treadmill(it takes about 40-50 minutes), I lift up to 50 pounds for my arms, and I do 100 crunches using the Ab Toner. Thanks for the help.
