Please let me know if I'm doing this right.
I am a 23yr old female, 5'3, 141pds and my BF% is 25. I have been going to the gym for about 5 months now. My goal is to lose body fat, get muscle mass and tone my body. (If that makes any sense). Below is my workout schedule. This schedule has made me lose some inches, but has not toned my body or made me gain any muscle. Can someone please tell me why I am not achieving my goals?
Monday-Abs, Chest, Triceps, 20 min Cardio.
Tuesday-Abs, Legs.
Wednesday-Abs, 30min Cardio.
Thurday-Abs, Shoulders, 20 min Cardio.
Friday-Abs, Back, Biceps, No Cardio.
Saturday-If I get to the gym, I do a different routine on legs.
Also, I'm not sure what to eat and I'm not sure what vitamins I should be taking. I'm currently taking- Vitamin B complex, C 500mg, E 400mg, Multivitamin, Coenzyme Q10 30mg, and Grape Seed Extract 100mg.
