Hey congrats on the baby that is great news!! It is very hard on your body having kids and it must be very hard getting back into that pre baby shape. I would suggest cardio in the morning (preferably before eating or in the evening a few hours after dinner. in conjunction with that a work out program (for your whole body) incorporating wieghts that you can do 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps. this combo will help you burn fat and tighten and tone all the muscle underneath it. the key is to do both because although cardio is the best thing to do to burn fat it will not reshape your body it will just shrink the existing shape. if you have any questions email me at realme@canada.com
