Ok, those seem like really arbitrary names. A machine bench press could be a bench press machine ........ yeah! If it doesn't give a position like vertical, decline, flat, etc. I'd assume either vertical or flat. Although i've never heard of a machine called by these names. I wouldn't really call these exercises either as they would probably be machine names and not actually exercises like "push-ups." Or i could just be getting too technical or whatever.
Anyway, a Machine Bench Press i'd figure to be a flat bench under a "machine" or basically a bench press connected to a weight stack instead of being a free weight machine or bench. My school gym has a decline like this, it's called the Decline Press.
Machine Press, sounds like the same thing!!! Although in regards to the first one, then i'd figure this one to be a vertical press *shrugs* Do you have any more info on this besides there names?!?!?
