Post weight loss results in 1.5 months

Hey everyone, I'm 17/f and in about a month and a half I'll be starting college. Right now, my current exercise plan (which I am trying to do daily) consist of:
*2 miles (or 1 hour) on the treadmill(steady walking pace)
*10 miunte Denise Austin ab tape
*4 sets of 25 push-ups
I just wanted to know, w/ this plan will I see any results in a month? I'm not as concerned w/ my legs b/c their already muscular but I really need to work on my arms and my stomach. Any suggestions? I eat pretty well, most of the time low fat but I'm addicted to cereal, I eat at least 2 bowls everyday. Any ideas on how to stop that craving? Thanks for the help.

I think you'll see results with what you're doing.

About the cereal craving...
I find that if I brush my teeth enough, or chew mint gum, that you have fewer cravings. I think this might be b/c it gets rid of an after taste. Even if you do have a craving you won't want to eat anything (the food would taste bad since your mouth is minty)

I made a reply to this thread in the weight loss forum, but about the craving, i was reminded of something:

Much like the chewing gum (although i frankly can't stand doing that anymore, i just think of the sugar eating away at my gums now lol) find something to preoccupy your hungry drive. As a psychologist i know that when one have a craving their mind will focus on that and their perspective orientations will revolve around this hunger and what you want. So if it's a problem, eat a fruit or something, or drink some water or something a lil heavier and go do something away from the cereal.

To darkwolfofvoid: You hit the nail right on the head. Sometimes I'll eat so good the whole day but the minute night comes around and I get that little urge of hunger, I always feel like I have to follow it through. I know most of the time I eat because I'm bored and there's nothing else to do.

Yeah, i know what you mean. I'll notice i have absolutely nothing to do, and it's too late at night to go do some working out or something, so i'll go to the kitchen lol I mean, i COULD just sit and stare at a wall and be fine ... but i'd rather not!
