inner thigh chaffing?
okay, so this isn't exactly just about fitness, but this seems like a good place to ask. lately, especially at work, i've been having trouble with chaffing of the very upper part of my inner thighs. it's definitely not all the time, but sometimes it happens, and it gets to the point where every step is painful. it happened today, and i just got back from trying to run tonight, because i was feeling okay. well, it hurt quite a bit after about half a mile of running, and i couldn't go further. so, have any of you also had this problem? what can be done? i'm not very overweight, so i don't think it's that my legs are too fat and can't avoid rubbing together that intensely. i'm about 5'11" and 155lbs. any ideas?
