Calories in a cutting process.
I have recently started cutting. I was wondering how many calories that I should intake today. I'm going to stick to my regular lifting routine, and spend about 30-45min. to do a cario routine. I plan on cutting big time. Right now I'm around 18% body fat. 6'3, 210 lbs. I plan on being around 9-10% after I end cutting. I'm taking hydroxycut to help me cut crazing. So can anyone help with my calorie intake?
