another ab/cardio question
I've been reading a lot of posts about how the only way to get abs is to have low body fat, ie good diet, cardio. And that ab workouts just strengthen your abs. This makes perfect sence to me but I have one other question. Right now, I'm not doing any cardio, because my goal is to put on another 15 pounds of mass, before I begin cardio. I did have a real low body fat % before I started trying to "bulk" up, now I assume its a bit higher.
My question is, will my abs show up better when i begin my cutting phase, if I am doing ab workouts religiously now?
