Stopped sweating.
Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows how to increase a workout without increasing the time of the workout? I've stopped sweating during my regular workouts, so I thought maybe I need to somehow increase the level of difficulty. I'm not trying to loose weight, just trying to keep my good looking body. I exercise for 45-60 min. per night. I alternate my nights to vary my routines. One night I kick box, do free wieghts, and aerobics. The next night is just aerobics to give my muscles a rest. Thank you.
