A lot of them lift also. Working with your own body weight is still very good, though. Like the guys that do the rings... one routine alone is a grueling upper body workout. They look ripped all the time because they are very very lean. Look at the amount of cardio they get in. They ptactice their routines for hours a day in addtiton to whatever lifting they do (if any). And the only time you see most of them is on TV when they are doing their routines, so their muscles are pumped.
btw.. I didn't mean to imply that you were a chick.

"Toning" is just more often used with women so they don't think they are building big scary muscles.
