Is there a particular order I am supposed to be doing my free weight exercises in? I have been lifting weights for about a year on and off but really want to start doing it regularly to try to tone my body as i lose weight: These are the exercise I do:
Arms:
Chest press
Seated row
bicep curl
Tricep overhead extension
Legs:
Squats
Lunges
Calf raises
Leg lifts
Abs:
crunch
reverse crunch
Side crunches
Also, if anyone has any recommendations on other exercise I can do with free weights I would appreciate it.
