Forearm Trouble...
Well, I went on a date 2 days ago and she wanted to go bowling. We played 4 straight games. Now, I can't hold a 30lb dumbell for more then 20 seconds. My right forearm is pretty weak, I can't even fully crush a soda can when I squeeze as hard as I can. Anyone have a clue as to what may be wrong?
This is very odd for me. I usualy have a death grip.
