Post I dont think my arms are getting bigger.

I'm 5'10. 155lbs but my arms make me look like i weigh 135. There long and pretty skinny. There solid muscle but they have like hardly any mass. I just want to get them normal looking.

Right now im doing forearm curls
curls
french press
upright row
reverse upright row
flys all kinds of crap.

when i get done working out they look normal and big but then they shrink.

I've put on on 20lbs of weight in the past year and i can hardly tell a difference in my arms.

should i just devote like 2 days to only arm and sholder workout then devote like Wednesdays to My Chest/abs/ and back?

Should i try that for like a month and see if it works?

It depends on how long you have been working on them. An increase in size takes time.

I have a buddy who has pecs every guy desires, a back like the incredible hulk and over all, great muscles. But his arms just don't respond very well to training. Their prob about 15 inches, yet he has about a 45 inch chest, 17 inch calfs....He's pretty big, you get the point. But some people do have one group of muscles that don't respond to training like the rest no matter what they do.

Bone structure isn't going to change. Take for example, how a person can mearsure their own frame size. It's by putting your fingers around your wrist because your wrist won't change in size no matter how much forarm work you do. Well it might change very slightly but not any significant amount.

As for arms I would suggest you work your biceps, forarms, and triceps in just one workout if you have trouble with those areas. I think working the shoulders and back together is a good idea. The reason you'd want to work biceps and forarms together is they are opposite muscles (can't remember the scientific terms for these, agnostic and agtanogist or something like that). Working them together can stimulate growth faster. As for the workout you showed if that's all you're doing for forearms, biceps, triceps, and shoulders you need to add more to your routine. Go out on the web and magazines and find more exercises to do. I don't know how flys work any of those areas. I think you need to do some research and discover what exercises work for what and get a better grasp of what you need to do to work your arms and shoulders.
