It depends on how long you have been working on them. An increase in size takes time.
I have a buddy who has pecs every guy desires, a back like the incredible hulk and over all, great muscles. But his arms just don't respond very well to training. Their prob about 15 inches, yet he has about a 45 inch chest, 17 inch calfs....He's pretty big, you get the point. But some people do have one group of muscles that don't respond to training like the rest no matter what they do.

For the majority, weightlifting is a harmless past time. But for the elite, it's a grueling ritual. It incorporates pain as it's own divine reward. It sees no amount of crushing dedication as too great a sacrifice and never fails to render results.
