Alot of people just can't intake their target amount of protien through food. We lead busy lifestyles and it's just not possible to sit down and eat a nice, cooked meal overflowing with protien everything we eat. Hence, we have protien shakes & bars. An instant blast of protien on the go. Make use of them!
Subway's sweet chicken teriaki has over 25 grams of protien in a 6 inch sub. Get a foot long and you have 2 nice meals throughout the day. The roasted chicken breast is algo high in protien.
Nuts are high in protien and make a nice change in taste when added to a bowl of tuna with mayo.
I don't know why no one ever mentions them, but frozen dinners have a good amount of protien. I always get healthy choice & all of the ones I get have 15 grams of protien or more.
FISH FISH FISH - You can't go wrong with fish. I buy frozen polock in bulk. Sprinkle a little garlic & parsley on each side, surround it with butter & pop it in the oven. (No, a little butter is not going to kill you)
Make your own trail mix. Nuts, raisins, dryed banana slices, sunflower seeds, dried apple slices ect. ect.
Cut an apple up and dip each slice in PB, it's pretty tasty!
Hard boiled eggs, venisin (deer meat) ~DELICIOUS!~. However, if you don't hunt, it will be hard to get ahold of it. Alot of other meats are high in protien also....

For the majority, weightlifting is a harmless past time. But for the elite, it's a grueling ritual. It incorporates pain as it's own divine reward. It sees no amount of crushing dedication as too great a sacrifice and never fails to render results.
