I've been doing Pilates, the 50 minute tape, for aboout 17 days now. I do feel a difference in my abs, they're tighter. I have a major amount of fat around my mid section so it'll probably take me longer than others to get a decent waist. However, I'm not sure if this is wishful thinking, but I do think I am getting thinner up top. I'm thin, but very wide. I'm starting to see curves forming and I couldn't be more thrilled. I'm not sure if Pilates will give me a nice body, or how long it will take, but during the workout I do feel it working, and after.
