Hi,

If any of you go to a gym..is there a Sauna there?
There is one at the gym that I workout at. And on the outside of the door is read...Excellent way to keep muscles Tone...

Do ya think that is true?

I don't think sauna will help one to tone his/her muscles. But you can easily drop some excess water from your body by sweating, if you for example want to fit in clothes that are one size too small.

Sauna is more like relaxing place, it doesn't have much health benefits imho.
