Hi everyone
I'm going to a wedding in 3 weeks (wearing a lovely boob tube dress) and getting worried. I love walking, working out recently at home with weights, but due to stress have lost a little weight lately.
My collar bones is very noticably and does anyone know what exercises or anything I could do to help this? My arms are well toned but am just conscious of my collar bones and I'd love my shoulders to be more rounded as well, if that makes sense, lol. Any advice welcome!
