Hey guys..just a question..how do you know if your metabolism is pretty high? i mean if someone can eat whatever they want, and not gain weight, then i guess their metabolism is high....but if someone works out at least 4 times a week, should they really care what they eat?

My thermo metabolism is extremely high. I can wear a t-shirt and feel comfortable when people around me are wearing sweaters and they're freezing. But on the other hand, my body is really effective when it comes to storing extra calories as adipose tissue.
So, it pretty much depends on your goals if you should watch what you're eating. Even if you're excercising a lot you can still gain weight. But in all cases you should eat healthy anyway.
