Post Andro, Creatine, and L-Arginie

I've heard a lot about these 3 supplements, but I'm not totally clear on what they are. Which of these supplements is the best for gaining a lot of size and strength in the shortest amount of time? What exactly does each do? What are the negative side effects, if any?

I want to know what L-Argenine is too. is it as popular as creatine i always see post on it.

L-Argenine increases blood flow throughout the body thus increasing the pumps people get while lifting and also increasing strength during workouts. Some people have said they get incredible pumps and they love it. Others have actually gotten pumped so much they can't finish their workouts while still others don't get much of an effect as they need higher doses then they are taking. It's not going to increase your mass other than increasing blood flow while lifing but that increased strength could turn in to more mass or strength being that you are lifting more. The concern I have with Argenine is with this increased blood flow does this cause increased stress on the heart or create problems with high blood pressure? I've not heard anything about this but it does concern me.

Andro is a testosterone precurser. In other words it's the substance that the body turns into testosterone. There is a ton of information out there on Andro and most of it is pretty suspect as it's put out by companies that are selling it. There are like a million different types of Andro and they all claim to be the best and backed up by study after study. Keep in mind that not only can Andro be turned into testosterone but it can also be turned into estrogen (female hormone) or it could simply be flushed out of the body. Considering the price of Andro and the lack of solid proof that it works along with the numerous studies showing it's ineffectiveness and health risks I wouldn't recommend taking it. Messing around with your hormones simply isn't a good idea.

Creatine is a naturally occurring substance in the body. For example meats (halibut more than any other) have creatine in them. Creatine will increase the water absorbtion into the muscle fibers creating a pumped look in the muscles and a person taking creatine daily will normally put on about 10 pounds within the first 3 months. Most of this weight is water weight but water weight is considered lean body mass. Creatine will also increase strength generally as well as size. Side effects are mostly cramps due to not taking in enough water. These cramps are fairly rare and tend to ocurr most frequently in people that do a lot of cardio type activities like running and don't stay hydrated while doing them. I've never got cramps from creatine and neither has anyone I know. Also depending on the type and brand you buy you might experience some stomach discomfort. Effervesance creatine is the best for absorbtion and not causing stomach problems but it's also the most expensive type. If you buy creatine try to find something with a good PH balance as it absorbs better that way.

Considering you want to gain size and strength relatively quickly creatine would be the way to go IMO especially considering money wise it's the cheapest of the 3 mentioned.
