I do pretty much the same,
loading- 5 grams 4 times a day for 5 days
maintenance-5 grams 2 times a day (before and after
workout)
off days-5 grams right when I wake up, and 5
right before I go to bed.
make sure not to take more than 12 grams a day on maintenance days (your body will just waste it) and try to take pure creatine instead of flavoured stuff there's alot of sugar in flavoured stuff and you can get a better buy for your buck on the pure.
