I recently had back surgery for a herniated disc in my lumbar spine. I am 32 and recovering great. I am looking forward to getting back into the shape I once was before my back ordeal began. (7 months ago).
I use to be a runner, and have now opted to power walk and do non-impact cardio. I will be attending Physical Therapy and am sure to get exercised advice from them for building back and stomach muscles. I was wondering if any of you are in my boat and what exercises you are currently doing?
I have seen the Ab-Swing advertised and claim no strain on lower back region. Has anyone used this product and is this claim true?
