The first place you gain weight is the last place you loose weight. Eat good healhty foods. Nothing fried, watch your sugars and white foods such as, white bread,pasta,potatoes
Cardio makes you loose fat but weights will tone and firm the muscle. The more muslce you have the more fat you burn. So lunges, squats,leg lifts, pilates will help to tone. The jogging, running, walking, biking, skating etc will help to loose the fat
