Well, yes... but the point was more that HIIT should probably be avoided on leg day altogether. I do cardio and lifting far enough away from eachother on the same day that I normally have no problems, but HIIT is a different beast altogether. Although I guess if you're really hardcore, HIIT right after lifting on leg day might give you massive pump, but I don't think I'd have the energy.
