My new healthy diet is that for breakfast I have a bowl of special K (I used to never eat breakfast). then I have a piece of fruit or veggie for a snack. For lunch I have a dannon lite and fit yogurt, or turkey lunchmeat on wheat bread, followed by a fruit or veggie for an afternoon snack. Then for dinner I eat one helping of whatever my mom makes (she makes well-balanced meals), followed by non-fat yogurt or a slim-a-bear klondike icecream sandwich. I cut out most white carbs such as bagels, soft pretzels,and white bread, along with all candy and cookies...junk food, basically. Oh, and I stopped drinking beer, and rarely drink at all anymore
