Generally:
Ectomorph = Naturally very lean and skinny. Thin bones. Low muscle mass and find it hard to gain any muscle or fat. Good at endurance events like long distance running.
Endomorph = Naturally round. Big heavy bones and lots of muscle. Build muscle easily but also find it hard to lose fat. Usually good at things like power lifting, "worlds strongest man" type events etc.
Mesomorph = Inbetween ecto and endomorph. Naturally muscular and atheletic. Lean, but not as lean as ectomorphs. Relativly easy to build muscle and keep fat off. Good at power events like sprinting, long jump etc.
People are rarely solely of one type. A mix of two is most common.
