hey has anyone every tried winsor pilates. I saw a commercial for it the other day and one of the ladies said she used to be pear shaped from having babies ( which is after five) and she tried it and looks great. what do you think. better than the firm

i need to loose about 15 to 20 pounds

well hello motheroffer, I actually just bought the winsor pilates videos and I love them. I could feel them working on the abs, and I really need to get on a better work plan. I have such a hetic schedule, I really need to work on that, but keep me in touch and let me know what you decide, and how well they work.

I too also just purchased the videos...I haven't started them yet...I've been working too much and when I do have the extra minute...I find myself relaxing or on this computer. Is it better to exercise in the a.m. or the p.m.? Should you eat before or after? I plan on starting the videos on Mon.(I should be settled by then). I basically want to tone everything...my weight is fine...I'll keep ya posted.:dancing:
