When you go to the gym, do you lift or is it primarily cardio? Cardio is easy. Bring running shoes and a jump rope. Maintaining muscle requires a little more creativity. Resistance bands can be helpful and require very little luggage space. Pushups, pullups on door jambs, dips with chairs, use gallons of water as weights, crunches, weighted squats, that sort of thing. And even though planning meals can be a lot harder away from home, make sure you're eating enough protein. Good luck!
