- Walking/jogging/running
- Treadmill walking/jogging/running
- Stationary bike
- Eliptical trainer
- Jump rope
- Swimming (laps)
Basically anything that gets your heart rate going and rises your body heat. You should be doing from 15-45 min of cardio depending on your endurance, stamina, goals, and physical shape. Make sure you are drinking lots and lots of water if you plan on making cardio a big part of your training.
