TORN QUAD??
Hi all,
I was at soccer practise lastnight and I did something to my quadricep. It's really tender to flex, to put pressure on, and to stretch. Now is this a torn or pulled muscle..what's the difference? I have a game tonight, and I don't know if I should play. Do you think maybe if I stretch really good, along with some BenGay or A535, and get it stretched out, should I play? Or should I attempt to play? Maybe try and see how it feels? I don't know what to do. I can still walk fine..a tiny limp kinda. HELP!!
