In my opnion also the walk away the punds are real good tapes.. they start you off in just a way not to discourage you.. and if you stick to them you will see the results.. i know since the second week of january i ben usung the ones with the weights, and in may i found the ones for the abs.. in total i went from 220, down to 174.. i lost 45 pounds in 3and 1/2 months and wish i would have kept track of inches but i know nothing fits.. even when i sue to weigh 180 7 yrs ago, none of the stuff i kept fits now. it is to big.. You will notice with the walk away the pounds tapes how nicely you tone up your amrs and chest.. At work they were laughing at me becuase i was drinking close to 2 liters of water.. but than they were surprised at how things were starting to fall into place.. I work in a cafateria in a high school, so you know we are right there at the food until the end of the day.. they were amazed i just stopped eating just about everything excpet the salads and drinking water.. Most of the time at the end of the day when it is time to sweep and mop the place everyone is wore out.. once i started my working out i was going twice as fast doing twice as much.. but I just thought i would share a little maybe it will encourage someone...
